Return and Refund Policy – Tri State Cars Mods
At Tri State Cars Mods, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange.
1. Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must strictly meet the following requirements:
  • Original condition: Unworn, unused, uninstalled, and in perfect condition.
  • Packaging: Included in its original packaging with all tags intact and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Final sale items: Items purchased on clearance, sale items, or gift cards.
  • Hazardous materials: Products involving flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials.
3. How to Start a Return
For logistical tracking, please DO NOT ship the package back to the address printed on the original box. Our system cannot track those shipments, and your refund will not be processed. Instead, follow these steps:
  1. Initial contact: Email us at soporte@tristatecarmods.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours. If accepted, we will send you an official return shipping label along with instructions and the correct warehouse address.
  3. Shipping: Package the items securely to prevent damage during transit. Items sent back to us without a prior approved return request will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs and Exchanges
  • Defective or incorrect items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: If you decide to return the product for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The items must still meet all the original condition requirements listed in Section 1.
6. Refunds
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned package to let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.
  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Processing time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Support: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at soporte@tristatecarmods.com.
